After two days of weight gain and swelling, my morning health checks finally improved. My weight dropped over three pounds and my feet look almost normal, but I’m still watching closely and sticking with my daily routine.
About My Daily Journal
This journal is where I share the day-to-day reality of living with chronic illness—the appointments, symptoms, test results, medication changes, setbacks, improvements, and ordinary moments in between. These entries reflect what I’m experiencing at the time. They are personal observations, not medical advice, and my understanding may change as I receive new information from my doctors. Some days may bring progress, while others may bring uncertainty or frustration. I may not post every day because my health and energy do not always allow it. My goal is simply to document the journey honestly, one day at a time.
